During the 128th session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod this March 5, 2013 significant measures were tackled. (See Sangguniang Panlungsod section for details.)
a.) An Ordinance Establishing the Roxas City Integrated Transport Terminal for Inter-Provincial and Municipal Public Utility Vehicles and Imposing Perimeter Boundaries for the purpose of regulation authored by Vice Mayor Ronnie T. Dadivas and co-authored by Hon. Councilor Manuel Billones Jr.,
b.) Resolution No.2013-63 entitled, A Resolution Opposing Local Budget Circular No. 102 dated January 17, 2013, relative to Rules and Regulations on the Grant of Representation and Transportation Allowances.
c.) An Ordinance Establishing Regulating the Care and Custody of Dogs, authorizing the Confiscation, impounding and disposition of Stray & Potentially Vicious Dogs, Imposing Penalties for its violation and for other purposes authored by Hon. Powell del Rosario and Hon. Teresa Almalbis.
Passage of resolution authorizing the Memorandum of Agreement between the Roxas City Government and the United Capizenos Foundation, Inc. represented by its President Lina B. Laigo.
* In application cases, the city shall provide the venue for the programs/activities of the CAPIZTAHAN FESTIVAL at public area.
* Endorse/facilitate the inclusion of programs/activities of the CAPIZTAHAN FESTIVAL in the Department of Tourism official calendar of festivities published at its website;
* Provide security and emergency assistance by detailing, police, auxiliaries, traffic aides, or Barangay Tanod and a first aid team for the duration of the activity and at the location of major programs/activities to ensure public safety.
