In the 135th session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod this April 30, 2013 important measures were discussed and approved:
1.) Letter dated 1 March 2013 of the City Mayor, submitting for approval the One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four (1,464) applications for Renewal of Franchise to operate motortricycle for hire within the territorial limits of Roxas City.
2.) Quarterly Accomplishement Report of the OIC - Slaughterhouse Operations, covering the period January 1 - March 31, 2013. Reported by Doctor Dante Corros.
3.) Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the Port Supervisor - Libas Fishing Port, covering the period January 1 - March 31, 2013. Reported by Nerius Leo Azarcon.
4.) 1st Indorsement dated 11 April 2013 of the City Budget Officer, submitting for review the Annual Budgets for FY - 2013 of the following Barangays.
1.) Brgy. IV ----------------------- P 798,790.00
2.) Brgy. Tanza ------------------ P 1,427,227,00
3.) Brgy. San Jose ------------- P 1,438,298.00
5.) Application of the Presiding Elder of the Hercor College Christian Church Inc., for Accredation and Membership in the Local Special Bodies in the City of Roxas.
6.) Letter dated 25 April 2013 of the City Mayor, requesting for authority to sign and enter into a Contract between the Roxas City Goverment and Amphil Construction and Consulting Services, regarding the construction of a 5 Hectares Roxas Eco Center Landfill at Barangay San Jose, Roxas City.
