During the 140th session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod this June 18, 2013 important measures were discussed and approved:
1.) 1st Indorsement dated 26 April 2013 of the City Mayor, forwarding the letter request of Mr. Leopoldo C. Morcoso, Jr., President, Roxas City Plaza Chess Ass. Inc., for the passage of a resolution granting them a permanent site at the Roxas City Plaza. (Re-Calendar)
2.) Letter request of Marianne D. De Leon CapizNed CEO Roxas City dated June 13, 2013, requesting a permit to occupy the area/street fronting the office (from the corner Pavia-Primer de Mayo to corner Roxas Avenue-Premier de Mayo Sts.) on June 19, 2013 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 in the evening for your appropriate action.
3.) Engr. Sonny Boy Oropel District Engr. and Engr. Julius Abela from DPWH reported on the subject DPWH updates on Road Circumferential.
