Among the urgent matters tackled were the approval of the 65 applications of New Franchise to operate motorcycle for hire within Roxas City and the MOA between the Roxas City government and the DSWD for the 4th cycle of the Supplementary Feeding Program for Day Care Center which will commence on January 2014. 2 proposed resolutions of Hon. Cesar Yap, Jr. were also approved: "Resolution Commending Dr. Catherine Yap-Asedillo for her Outstanding Achievement as one of the best if not the best Breast Reconstructive Surgeons in the Country". "Resolution to Maximize Sangguniang Panlungsod Functions thru Internet Use".
