The 132nd session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod this April 2, 2013 discussed and approved the following important measures.
1.) Resolution endorsing to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) for issuance of an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for this Ordinary Earth Quarrying Project, on portion of Lot 3200, covered by TCT No. T-2069 covering an area of 49.742 sq.m., more or less, located at Barangay Lonoy, this City, (lifted from January 8, 2013 Regular Session.)
2.) 1st Indorsement dated 21 March 2013 of the City Budget Office, submitting for review the Annual Budgets for FY - 2013 of the following Barangays:
1. Brgy. Adlawan ----------- P 1,561,643.00
2. Brgy. IX ------------ P 1,476,795.00
3. Brgy. Lonoy ------------ P 1,553,843.00
4. Brgy. Dumolog ------------ P 2,130,658.00
3.) Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the City Health Officer, covering the period
January 1 - March 31, 2013. Reported by Dr. Amelita Robles.
4.) Quarterly Accomplishment Report of the Chief of Police, covering the period
January 1 - March 31, 2013. Reported by Police Superintendent Orlando Colisao.
